Achieve Change Program

Achieve Change Program

Fast-Forward Your Goals

Dr. Dabney’s Achieve Change program has helped hundreds of successful, high-achieving professionals achieve goals that had otherwise eluded them for years—overcoming crippling fears and addictions, resolving anxiety and depression, repairing long-damaged relationships and more. Some participants fast-forwarded their progress by several years, and some, even decades. Most reported results in as little as a few weeks.

Reinvent your life in as little as six months for one set price.

Structured, but Not Mindless

Just as no two people are alike, no two patients complete Achieve Change in exactly the same way. Dr. Dabney works individually with every patient, ensuring that they complete the program’s three phases at a healthy, comfortable pace. And the program won’t provide you with a list of mottos you’ll be expected to follow for the rest of your life, either. Instead, Achieve Change gets to the bottom of what makes you, you. You’ll become an expert on yourself—on your past choices and on your emotional and behavioral tendencies. Ultimately, you will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to stabilize your own feelings and behavior and, as a result, experience a happier, healthier life.

Succeeds Where Traditional Approaches Fail

Unlike other forms of help—self-help books and even some forms of counseling—Achieve Change teaches patients to identify and understand their behavior within the context of their own life. Why did you make that choice? Why did you react that way? In other words, we have to understand why we do things before we can change our ways. And this is where most traditional approaches fail. It’s why most people can’t successfully quit a dangerous behavior by saying, “I’m never going to [smoke, cheat, lie, steal, etc.] again.” Eventually, most cheaters will cheat again. Achieve Change teaches you how to end that cycle, once and for all.

“It was really challenging for me but it put my life on a totally different and much better track.”
